- "grain of salt" :) ... thanks for all the wonderfull recipes!!
-
- Elaine Tse's Lemon Chicken
-
- ingredients:
- 2 med. sized pieces of chicken
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3-5 tablespoons of lemon juice
- basil (fresh or dry)
- pepper and salt
-
- first, mix the olive oil and lemon juice, salt and pepper (not too much,
- not too little :) ). rub this into the thawed chicken parts. place
- onto a greased oven pan and srinkle basil liberally on both sides.
- bake at 400 deg for about 40 minutes, or until cooked all the way through
- (depending on the thickness of the chicken part used).
-
